| Garry's Pictures April 2004 School Bus MCI Drill It was a wet Saturday Morning with 40 victims. Units arrived and established Command, Rescue, Triage, Treatment & Transportation divisions. Many of the children were still trapped in the bus, some were ejected, others were just roaming around in a daze. Patients walked, were carried and were spine boarded over to the triage area. Frantic parents caused problems for Mulvane Police & Firefighters. All 40 victims were treated by EMS personnel within one hour. M.E.S. Photographer Garry Brownlee Garry Brownlee is the Department Photographer and is a member of the Resource Team. Many of the pictures on this web site of current events were taken by him.
