Vehicle 400

     

This 2009 Tahoe was delivered April 6th, 2009.
Vehicle 400 was purchase with the Special Services Police package for $29,000 from Pfaff Chevrolet. 
It will be issued to Fire Captain Ester as a command vehicle and used as a backup Duty Officer vehicle as needed. 

 

     

Delivery Photos

Vehicle is setup with a Motorola Toughbook / Mobile Computer Terminal and Fire-trax Electronic Accountability system.  Truck is equipped with a Setina Push Bumper, Havis Shield Console, Whelen LED lights w/ arrowstick, Whelen hidden strobe system, Whelen 295HFS A8 dual amplifier siren, Kenwood 450 MHz radios, Motorola 800 smartnet radios & Dataradio 800 digital modem with GPS transponder.   Unit also has WiFi & Internet capabilities.

   

Radio Equipment

 Motorola 800 mobile and converta-com portable radios are set up with Sedgwick County and the State of Kansas Public Safety Radio system. 

Kenwood 450 Mhz Digital radios include Sumner County's new LTR Trunking system which was installed in December 2012.
